A hearty and flavorful stew from Petah Tikva, the Mantapour combines delicious meatballs with beans and vermicelli in a smooth broth.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of ground meat
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 500 g of beans
- 500 g of vermicelli
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 liter of meat broth
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix the ground meat with the garlic, eggs, and a bit of salt and pepper.
- Dice the onion, carrots, and zucchini into small pieces.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the onion, carrots, and zucchini, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the beans and meat broth, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, form the meatballs with the meat mixture.
- Add the vermicelli to the broth, cook for another 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the meatballs and vinegar, stir and cook for 5 more minutes to ensure they are well incorporated.
- Serve hot, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
