Ingredients

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of malva powder
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g of cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 100 g of avocado cream

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, sugar, and malva powder. Heat until boiling and let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, dissolve the gelatin in warm water. Mix the gelatin with the milk and malva.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, honey, rum, and avocado cream.
  4. Gently mix the cream with the milk mixture and pour into serving dishes.
  5. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve cold with a bit of malva on top.
