Maine Lobster Roll

Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails, chopped
- 200g of sour cream
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 12 slices of cornbread
- Oil for frying
- 10 lettuce leaves
- Lobster meat preparation
- Seasoning with salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, chopped red onion, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to prepare the sauce.
- Fry the lobster pieces in hot oil until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sauce with the lobster pieces.
- Fry the cornbread slices in hot oil until golden brown.
- In a bowl, place the lettuce leaves and season with the lobster sauce.
- Place the cornbread slices on top of the lettuce seasoned with the sauce.
- Place the lobster pieces on top of the cornbread slices and serve immediately.
