Maggi Khoya Paratha

Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 1/2 cup of khoya
- 2 tablespoons of Maggi
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 mint leaves
- Granulated sugar for garnish
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, khoya, Maggi, oil, and cold water until you get a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and form balls.
- Repeat the process of forming the dough, adding a little water if needed to achieve a manageable consistency.
- Fold the dough into four and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 thin layers and form them into rounds.
- Fry the rounds in a pan with hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- Place them on a baking paper and garnish with mint and granulated sugar.
- Serve warm and slightly folded.
