  • 250 g of flour
  • 1/2 cup of khoya
  • 2 tablespoons of Maggi
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • Granulated sugar for garnish

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, khoya, Maggi, oil, and cold water until you get a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into four equal parts and form balls.
  3. Repeat the process of forming the dough, adding a little water if needed to achieve a manageable consistency.
  4. Fold the dough into four and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 8-10 thin layers and form them into rounds.
  6. Fry the rounds in a pan with hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  7. Place them on a baking paper and garnish with mint and granulated sugar.
  8. Serve warm and slightly folded.
