Ma Po Tofu Skewers

Ingredients
- 400g of tofu
- 100g of pork belly
- 50g of onion
- 30g of red peppers
- 20g of chili
- 10g of soy powder
- 5g of salt
- 5g of pepper
- 5g of soybean oil
- 5g of sesame seed oil
- 5g of soy sauce
- 5g of water
Method
- Cut the pork belly into small pieces, the garlic into cubes, and the peppers into strips.
- Fry the pork belly in a pan with soybean oil until golden brown.
- Add the garlic and peppers, cook for a couple of minutes.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and add to the pan, cook for 5 minutes.
- In another pot, mix the soy powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and water.
- Add the sauce to the tofu and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the sesame seed oil and mix well.
- Serve the Ma Po Tofu hot on a plate and garnish with sliced chili peppers.
