Ingredients

  • 500 g of flour
  • 250 ml of warm milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g of almonds
  • 100 g of sesame seeds
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix the warm milk with the butter and eggs.
  3. Combine the two mixtures and knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
  4. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. In another bowl, mix the almonds, sesame seeds, and dark chocolate.
  6. Shape the dough into a circular form and spread the almonds, seeds, and chocolate on top.
  7. Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 45-50 minutes, until the surface is golden.
  9. Let it cool down and decorate with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
