Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 500 g of carrots
- 500 g of onions
- 500 g of shrimp
- 200 g of clams
- 200 g of mussels
- 2 lemons
- 100 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 splash of Tabasco
Method
- Wash the potatoes, carrots, and vegetables thoroughly, then cut them into similar-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, combine the olive oil, carrots, potatoes, vegetables, and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, clams, and mussels. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the clams and mussels open.
- Transfer everything to a serving basket. Squeeze the juice of the two half lemons over the food and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and Tabasco.
- Serve immediately, hot, with lemons on the side for additional acidity if desired.
