Ingredients

  • 500 g of flour
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of yeast
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the butter with the milk until you get a smooth cream.
  3. Add the cream to the flour mix and stir until you get a homogeneous dough.
  4. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into small pieces and form thin circles with a rolling pin.
  6. Fry the circles in a hot pan with a little oil.
  7. Serve warm, perfect with butter and sugar.
