A sweet and light Norwegian flatbread, typical of Minnesota, made with just flour, butter, and milk.

Ingredients
- 500 g of flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 2 tablespoons of yeast
- oil for frying
Method
- Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the butter with the milk until you get a smooth cream.
- Add the cream to the flour mix and stir until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and form thin circles with a rolling pin.
- Fry the circles in a hot pan with a little oil.
- Serve warm, perfect with butter and sugar.
