Ingredients

  • 400g paneer
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 chili
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 liter of oil for frying

Method

  1. Prepare the paneer by cutting the bell peppers and onions into cubes, and the chili into strips.
  2. In a pan, fry the olive oil and add the chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, and ginger, stirring well.
  3. Add the onions, bell peppers, and chili strips, and cook over medium heat until they wilt.
  4. Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the pan, mixing well with the spices.
  5. Cook over medium heat until the paneer melts and absorbs the spices, then add the apple cider vinegar and mix.
  6. Fry the paneer in a karahi pan with the hot oil until it is golden and crispy.
  7. Drain the paneer on a paper towel and serve hot.
