Ingredients
- 400g paneer
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 chili
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 liter of oil for frying
Method
- Prepare the paneer by cutting the bell peppers and onions into cubes, and the chili into strips.
- In a pan, fry the olive oil and add the chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, and ginger, stirring well.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, and chili strips, and cook over medium heat until they wilt.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the pan, mixing well with the spices.
- Cook over medium heat until the paneer melts and absorbs the spices, then add the apple cider vinegar and mix.
- Fry the paneer in a karahi pan with the hot oil until it is golden and crispy.
- Drain the paneer on a paper towel and serve hot.
