Ingredients

  • 250 g of bacon
  • 250 g of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 50 g of butter
  • 50 g of oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 120 ml of milk

Method

  1. Prepare the filling: chop the bacon, onion, and potatoes, then cook in a pan with butter.
  2. While the filling cools, boil the milk and mix the egg with the breadcrumbs.
  3. In a bowl, mix the filling with the egg and breadcrumbs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the croquettes with the filling, wrapping each one in a piece of kitchen paper to cool.
  5. Fry the croquettes in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
