Krenzuecher

Ingredients
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of onions
- 100 g of caramel
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of water
- 1 teaspoon of rum
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
Method
- Clean and chop the onions, then sauté them in a pan with butter until they become golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the caramelized onions to the mixture and stir well.
- Form a cake in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- In another container, melt the chocolate with rum and water.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking tray and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Let it cool and serve.
