Ingredients

  • 400g of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of beer
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100g of breadcrumbs
  • 100g of bread slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fried potatoes for serving

Method

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
  2. While the onion is cooking, chop the beef into small pieces and add it to the pan with the onion. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a bowl, mix the beef, beer, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and bread slices.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Form the kotlety with your hands, making sure they are flat.
  6. Fry the kotlety in a pan with olive oil until they become crispy.
  7. Serve them hot with fried potatoes.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
