These Moscow kotlety are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with an exquisite taste.

Ingredients
- 400g of beef
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100g of breadcrumbs
- 100g of bread slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fried potatoes for serving
Method
- Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
- While the onion is cooking, chop the beef into small pieces and add it to the pan with the onion. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix the beef, beer, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, parsley, and bread slices.
- Add the breadcrumbs and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- Form the kotlety with your hands, making sure they are flat.
- Fry the kotlety in a pan with olive oil until they become crispy.
- Serve them hot with fried potatoes.
- Enjoy your meal!
