A classic German dish, Königsberger Klops are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside meat croquettes.

Ingredients
- 200 g of beef
- 100 g of bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 100 g of zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 100 ml of broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of potatoes
- 100 g of seasonal vegetables
- 100 g of chopped parsley
Method
- In a bowl, mix the beef, bacon, egg, chopped onion, seasonal vegetables, parsley, and herbs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the croquettes with your hands, making sure they are about 5-6 cm in diameter.
- In a pan, start by sautéing the olive oil, then add the croquettes and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- In another pot, prepare the broth with the seasonal vegetables and sour cream, bringing to a boil and simmering for 10 minutes.
- Serve the Klops with warm broth and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
