A traditional sweet from Tiberias, rich in butter threads and ricotta, wrapped in pasta threads and caramelized sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of ricotta
- 200 g of pasta threads
- 1 liter of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of sugar for caramelizing
- 100 g of almonds
- 100 g of pull threads
- 100 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Method
- In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add the ricotta, vanilla, and some of the sugar. Mix well and let it cool down.
- In another bowl, toast the almonds in butter until they become crunchy.
- In a baking dish, lay a layer of pasta threads, then a layer of ricotta, a bit of sugar, and a bit of almonds. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- Sprinkle the surface with sugar and pull threads, then caramelize them in the oven at 180°C.
- Let it cool down and serve.
