Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ricotta
  • 200 g of pasta threads
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g of sugar for caramelizing
  • 100 g of almonds
  • 100 g of pull threads
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla

Method

  1. In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add the ricotta, vanilla, and some of the sugar. Mix well and let it cool down.
  2. In another bowl, toast the almonds in butter until they become crunchy.
  3. In a baking dish, lay a layer of pasta threads, then a layer of ricotta, a bit of sugar, and a bit of almonds. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Sprinkle the surface with sugar and pull threads, then caramelize them in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Let it cool down and serve.
