Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 500 g beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • Oil for frying
  • Kibbeh dough
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Method

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef with the chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, ginger, and coriander.
  3. Prepare the kibbeh following the instructions of the dough.
  4. Fry the beef in plenty of oil until golden.
  5. In a separate pan, mix the apple cider vinegar and sugar.
  6. Place the cucumber slices in the kibbeh, then add the fried beef and sprinkle with the vinegar and sugar mixture.
  7. Fry the kibbeh with the cucumber slices and beef for about 2-3 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve hot.
