Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 200g soppressata, sliced
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200ml soy sauce
  • 2 limes, grated
  • 100g red onion, minced
  • 200ml coconut oil

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the coconut oil and sauté the onions until they soften.
  2. Add the chili powder, ginger, and coriander and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and salt, bringing to a boil.
  4. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. In another pot, heat the coconut oil and sauté the soppressata for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the spaghetti to the broth and mix well.
  7. Add the coconut cream and lime juice, mixing until the desired consistency is reached.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with minced red onion.
