Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 200g soppressata, sliced
- 500ml chicken broth
- 2 onions, sliced
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200ml soy sauce
- 2 limes, grated
- 100g red onion, minced
- 200ml coconut oil
Method
- In a large pot, heat the coconut oil and sauté the onions until they soften.
- Add the chili powder, ginger, and coriander and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and salt, bringing to a boil.
- Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In another pot, heat the coconut oil and sauté the soppressata for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti to the broth and mix well.
- Add the coconut cream and lime juice, mixing until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with minced red onion.
