Ingredients
- 500 g of rice vermicelli
- 400 ml of chicken broth
- 200 g of red bell peppers
- 200 g of green bell peppers
- 200 g of yellow bell peppers
- 200 g of red chilies
- 100 g of anchovies
- 100 g of beef or chicken
- 50 g of coriander
- 50 g of ginger
- 50 g of chili
- 50 g of lemon
- salt to taste
Method
- Rinse the rice vermicelli and cook them for 5-7 minutes, then drain them.
- In a pan, sauté the coriander, chili, and ginger in coconut oil.
- Add the bell peppers and onion, sauté until the peppers become soft.
- Add the beef or chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- In a pot, mix the chicken broth, anchovies, and chili, then bring it to a boil.
- Add the rice vermicelli and broth to the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the vermicelli, peppers, and meat or chicken in a bowl, then pour the broth over them.
- Top with chili and coriander.
