Kerry Oat Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g of oat flour
- 250 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of honey
- 1 packet of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g of almonds
- 100 g of maple syrup
Method
- Mix the oat flour and wheat flour in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, honey, milk, and maple syrup.
- Add the yeast and warm water to the sugar mixture and gradually add the flour.
- Finally, add the almonds and salt.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
