Ingredients

  • 250 g of oat flour
  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of honey
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 g of almonds
  • 100 g of maple syrup

Method

  1. Mix the oat flour and wheat flour in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, honey, milk, and maple syrup.
  3. Add the yeast and warm water to the sugar mixture and gradually add the flour.
  4. Finally, add the almonds and salt.
  5. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
  6. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  8. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
