Kebab Koubideh

Ingredients
- 200g of beef
- 100g of onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Method
- Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
- Add the minced meat and cook until it is well done.
- In another bowl, mix the red wine vinegar, chili powder, salt, pepper, mint, parsley, egg, and baking powder.
- Add the meat and sautéed vegetables to the seasoning mixture and mix well.
- Form balls about 2-3 cm in diameter and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden.
- Serve the koubideh kebab hot with a bit of yogurt and halved cherry tomatoes.
