Ingredients

  • 2 kg of beef
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of chili
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander

Method

  1. Cut the beef into pieces about 5x5 cm.
  2. In a bowl, mix the wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, chili, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  3. Add the beef pieces to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully absorbed.
  4. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill and grill the beef pieces.
  6. While the meat is grilling, slice the onion and garlic and fry them in a bowl with a bit of olive oil.
  7. Thread the kebabs onto skewers and serve with the onion and garlic sauce, and the kebab sauce.
  8. Serve with vegetables of your choice such as onions, peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
