Kebab Farangi is a delightful Iranian dish, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with a sweet and spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 kg of beef
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of chili
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon of coriander
Method
- Cut the beef into pieces about 5x5 cm.
- In a bowl, mix the wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, chili, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Add the beef pieces to the marinade and mix well to ensure they are fully absorbed.
- Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill and grill the beef pieces.
- While the meat is grilling, slice the onion and garlic and fry them in a bowl with a bit of olive oil.
- Thread the kebabs onto skewers and serve with the onion and garlic sauce, and the kebab sauce.
- Serve with vegetables of your choice such as onions, peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
