Ingredients
- 200g red bell peppers, sliced
- 200g carrots, sliced
- 150g onions, sliced
- 100g broccoli, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon green chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 diced green chili
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Method
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the red onion and green chili for 2-3 minutes until they become golden.
- Add the carrots and bell peppers, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the onions, broccoli, red chili powder, green chili flakes, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot, accompanied by bread or rice.
