Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (salmon or tuna, for example)
  • 200 grams of tofu
  • 2 onions
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of dried red chili
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. In a non-stick pan, sauté the sesame oil with chopped onions and chili pepper.
  2. Add the dried red chilies and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the fish fillets and tofu cut into pieces, season with salt and chili powder.
  4. Add the soy sauce, honey vinegar, and ginger, mix well.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh chili powder for an extra kick.
