Ingredients

  • 400 g of basmati rice
  • 500 g of green chili
  • 200 g of shrimp
  • 100 g of onion
  • 50 g of chives
  • 300 ml of coconut oil
  • 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
  • 50 ml of tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

Method

  1. Rinse the rice and let it soften in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain it.
  2. Chop the green chilies and garlic.
  3. In a pan, heat the coconut oil and add the green chilies and garlic, fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. While the shrimp are cooking, heat the rice with a bit of coconut oil in another pan.
  6. In a bowl, mix the sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and vinegar.
  7. Add the rice and shrimp to the pan and mix well.
  8. Finally, pour the prepared sauce into the bowl and mix to combine all the ingredients.
