Kampung Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
- 400 g of basmati rice
- 500 g of green chili
- 200 g of shrimp
- 100 g of onion
- 50 g of chives
- 300 ml of coconut oil
- 100 ml of sweet soy sauce
- 50 ml of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Method
- Rinse the rice and let it soften in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain it.
- Chop the green chilies and garlic.
- In a pan, heat the coconut oil and add the green chilies and garlic, fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- While the shrimp are cooking, heat the rice with a bit of coconut oil in another pan.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and vinegar.
- Add the rice and shrimp to the pan and mix well.
- Finally, pour the prepared sauce into the bowl and mix to combine all the ingredients.
