Ingredients
- 500 g of rice
- 200 g of prawns
- 100 g of clams
- 100 g of fish roe
- 50 g of canned tuna
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of shoyu sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Cook the rice and let it cool.
- Fry the prawns and fish roe in a pan with oil.
- Cook the clams in another pan with a little salt.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, shoyu sauce, and mirin.
- Fry the eggs in a pan.
- In a large bowl, place the rice and add the vegetables and meat.
- Add the cooked clams and fried eggs, and season with the prepared sauce.
- Serve hot.
