A delicious grilled chicken dish with a spicy and aromatic sauce, typical of Bangkok.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken pieces (about 500g)
- 2 tablespoons of dried chili
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 2 limo leaves (optional)
Method
- Prepare the chicken by cutting off the legs and wings, then cut it into pieces of about 100g each.
- In a bowl, mix the dried chili, coconut oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, water, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped onion and mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken pieces on a hot grill for 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.
- Before serving, add the chopped coriander, basil, and limo leaves.
- Serve hot with rice.
