Ingredients

  • 2 breadfruits, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200 g of cane sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Cut the breadfruits into pieces and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oil, cane sugar, flour, egg, cinnamon, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the breadfruit pieces and mix well.
  4. Fry the breadfruit balls in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
