Ingredients
- 2 breadfruits, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 g of cane sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- oil for frying
Method
- Cut the breadfruits into pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, cane sugar, flour, egg, cinnamon, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add the breadfruit pieces and mix well.
- Fry the breadfruit balls in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
