Ingredients

  • 400 g of chicken feet
  • 2 tablespoons of palm oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of barbeque sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of beef vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Method

  1. Clean the chicken feet and trim the nails.
  2. In a pan, fry the chicken feet in palm oil for about 15-20 minutes, until they become crispy.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
  4. Add the red bell peppers, barbeque sauce, beef vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the feet are fully cooked.
  6. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, perfect as an appetizer.
