Isaw
A delicious appetizer made with chicken feet, crispy and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 400 g of chicken feet
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of barbeque sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of beef vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Method
- Clean the chicken feet and trim the nails.
- In a pan, fry the chicken feet in palm oil for about 15-20 minutes, until they become crispy.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes until it becomes translucent.
- Add the red bell peppers, barbeque sauce, beef vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the feet are fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, perfect as an appetizer.
