Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and milk, then add the flour mixture.
- Gently fold in the warm water and chopped almonds.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous consistency.
- Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour the preparation into puto molds and steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
