Ingredients

  • 500g pork
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chili
  • 1 liter of pork broth
  • 2 tablespoons of palm oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of camphor salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder

Method

  1. Cut the pork into even pieces and boil it with the pork broth, adding salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the onions, bell pepper, and zucchinis.
  3. In a large pot, sauté the red onion and peppers in palm oil.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until they are soft.
  5. Add the boiled pork and seasonings, mix well and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
  6. Check the seasoning and add camphor salt and chili powder if needed.
  7. Serve hot with rice or potatoes.
