Ingredients
- 500g pork
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons of chili
- 1 liter of pork broth
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of camphor salt
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
Method
- Cut the pork into even pieces and boil it with the pork broth, adding salt and pepper.
- Dice the onions, bell pepper, and zucchinis.
- In a large pot, sauté the red onion and peppers in palm oil.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook until they are soft.
- Add the boiled pork and seasonings, mix well and simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
- Check the seasoning and add camphor salt and chili powder if needed.
- Serve hot with rice or potatoes.
