Ingredients

  • 4 octopus
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil

Method

  1. Clean the octopus and cut them into pieces about 5x5 cm.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the octopus, a bit of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Repeat until all the octopus are used.
  3. Grill the octopus for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
  4. While the octopus is grilling, dice the onion and garlic.
  5. In a bowl, mix the garlic, onion, lemon juice, and truffle oil.
  6. Once the octopus is ready, serve it with the garlic and onion sauce and a squeeze of lemon.
