Ingredients
- 4 octopus
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
- Clean the octopus and cut them into pieces about 5x5 cm.
- In a baking dish, layer the octopus, a bit of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Repeat until all the octopus are used.
- Grill the octopus for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
- While the octopus is grilling, dice the onion and garlic.
