  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cardamom extract
  • 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 50 g of sugar for the syrup

  4. Drain the balls and immerse them in the cold sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
  5. In a pan, bring water and milk to a boil. Add the balls and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and immerse again in the sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
