Grilled Tenderloin
A classic of Colombian cuisine, the lomo a la plancha offers a delicious taste and a perfect texture.

Ingredients
- 400g of pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Method
- Take the pork tenderloin and make a slit along one side, inserting the finely chopped onion and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, barbeque sauce, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Brush the tenderloin with the prepared mixture and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill on medium heat and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the pork reaches the desired doneness.
- Serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
