Ingredients
- 500g of pork, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- 12-15 wooden skewers for kebabs
Method
- Prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, chili powder, sugar, and salt.
- Insert the pork cubes and onion slices into the marinade, mixing well to ensure they absorb all the flavors.
- Refrigerate the marinated meat for at least 2 hours.
- Thread the meat and onion slices onto the wooden skewers.
- Grill the kebabs on a medium heat grill for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even cooking.
- Serve hot, accompanied by rice or grilled vegetables.
