Ingredients

  • 4 barracuda fillets
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chili
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 lemon for cutting
  • Tomato sauce for serving

Method

  1. Prepare the barracuda fillets by cleaning them thoroughly and letting them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt.
  3. Marinate the barracuda fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. On a hot and oiled grill, grill the barracuda fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. In a pan, sauté the red onion and chili with a bit of olive oil.
  6. Add the grilled barracuda fillets, gently tossing them.
  7. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of sugar and a slice of lemon.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
