Ingredients
- 4 barracuda fillets
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 lemon for cutting
- Tomato sauce for serving
Method
- Prepare the barracuda fillets by cleaning them thoroughly and letting them dry.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the barracuda fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- On a hot and oiled grill, grill the barracuda fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In a pan, sauté the red onion and chili with a bit of olive oil.
- Add the grilled barracuda fillets, gently tossing them.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of sugar and a slice of lemon.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
