- 2 eggs
- 300g of mountain sausage
- 100g of bacon
- 200g of gruyère cheese

Method
- Make a dough with flour, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the mountain sausage and bacon into cubes.
- In a pan, sauté the cubes of sausage and bacon in oil.
- Add grated gruyère cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
- Shape the pizokel with the dough, filling them with the stuffing and closing them.
- Fry the pizokel in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of oil on top.
