Gołąbki
A traditional Polish dish, gołąbki are sweet meat and rice rolls wrapped in spinach leaves.

Ingredients
- 200 g of ground meat
- 100 g of rice
- 200 g of spinach leaves
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 100 ml of white wine
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- 100 g of grated cheese
Method
- Wash and chop the spinach leaves, then blanch them in salted water for 5 minutes, drain and let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the rice, chopped garlic, chopped onion, beef broth, white wine, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a spinach leaf, place a spoonful of meat and rice mixture in the center, and roll it up so the edges seal.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and immerse the gołąbki for 10-15 minutes to thicken them.
- Fry the gołąbki in hot oil until golden, then serve with grated cheese.
- Occasionally add a bit of oil during frying to prevent them from drying out.
