Ingredients

  • 250g of corn flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of palm oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of watermelon seeds
  • 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup of dried beans
  • 1 tablespoon of Guinea pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the corn flour, eggs, palm oil, water, salt, and sugar until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, dried beans, Guinea pepper, and cayenne pepper, and mix well.
  3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  4. Form small balls with your hands and fry in hot oil until they become crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve cold or warm.
