Frikandelkoek
This delightful Frikandelkoek is a crispy cruller with the taste of frikandel, a popular Belgian fried sausage.

Ingredients
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 200 g of frikandel
- 100 g of butter
- Water for maintenance
- Sugar for decoration
Method
- Prepare the dough: mix the flour, oil, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg and mix well.
- Cut the frikandel into small pieces and add it to the dough, mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the dough, forming crullers about 2 cm in diameter.
- Fry the crullers in hot oil until they become golden. Drain with paper towels.
- Serve warm, decorated with a bit of sugar.
