- 1 kg goat or sheep cheese
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt to taste

Method
- Cut the cheese into small pieces.
- In a pan, mix the cheese with the milk and butter, adding salt to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Continue cooking until the cheese becomes creamy and a crust forms.
- Once the surface has become crispy, brush with a little oil and let it cool down.
- Cut the frico into regular pieces and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Serve the frico warm with coarse salt for garnish.
