Ingredients

  • 8 artichokes
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g breadcrumbs

Method

  1. Wash the artichokes carefully and cut them in half along the base.
  2. In a pot, boil the artichokes for about 15 minutes, then drain and let them cool.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with butter and olive oil.
  4. Add the chopped cooked ham and season with salt and pepper.
  5. On a plate, arrange the artichokes and cover them with the ham mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with breadcrumbs.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the artichokes for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, crispy and delicious.
