A traditional Gdańsk dish, Flaki is a delightful pasta filled with meat and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flaki pasta
- 200 g of minced meat
- 150 g of potatoes
- 100 g of carrots
- 50 g of onions
- 50 g of zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of grated cheese
Method
- Wash and chop the potatoes, carrots, zucchini, and onions.
- In a pot, cook the potatoes and carrots until soft.
- In another container, mix the minced meat, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the onions and zucchini into cubes and add them to the meat mixture.
- Prepare the flaki pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Fill the pasta with the meat and vegetable mixture.
- Fry the pasta in hot oil until golden.
- Serve hot with a spoon of olive oil and some grated cheese.
The story
Originating in the 17th century, Flaki was prepared with local ingredients such as onions and carrots, and was served on special occasions.
