A classic Canadian dish featuring fresh salmon from Vancouver and crispy fried potatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets from Vancouver
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- oil for frying
- table salt
- garlic powder
- chopped parsley
Method
- Take the salmon fillets, pat them dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Slice the potatoes thinly and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes, then dry them well.
- In a large bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip the potato slices in the vinegar mixture for 10 minutes, then dry them well.
- Fry the potato slices in plenty of hot oil until they become crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Fry the salmon fillets in hot oil until they are golden brown.
- Serve with salt, garlic powder, and chopped parsley.
- Enjoy your meal!
