Ingredients
- 400 g of fish (e.g., salmon or pork)
- 2 large plantains
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- 1 tablespoon of Guinea pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of palm vinegar
Method
- Cut the fish into small pieces and set aside.
- Fry the sliced plantains in palm oil until they are crispy.
- In a pan, sauté the onions in palm oil.
- Add the fish, Guinea pepper, ginger, chili, and lemon juice.
- Stir well and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, adding water if necessary.
- Add soy sauce and palm vinegar to enhance the flavor.
- Remove the fish and vegetables from the heat and let them sit for 5 minutes, then serve them with the fried plantains.
