Ingredients
- 200g of pork skin
- 200g of cooked ham
- 100g of vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, onion)
- 50g of crepes
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Prepare the pork skin by cutting circular pieces.
- Cut the cooked ham and vegetables into small slices.
- In a bowl, mix the ham slices, vegetables, and crepes, adding salt and pepper.
- Form the empanadas by placing the filling in the center and sealing them tightly.
- Fry the empanadas in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot, with soy sauce or red sauce to enhance the flavor.
