A traditional Nigerian dish, delicious with the texture of dodo and the deep flavor of Efo Riro.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of dodo (coconut meat)
- 500 ml of palm oil
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 100 g of aromatic herbs (coriander, laurel, thyme)
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of African pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 200 g of efo (coco flour)
Method
- Prepare the dodo by cutting it into pieces and boiling it with palm oil, chopped onion, bell peppers, and aromatic herbs for about 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the efo with chicken broth to create a smooth sauce.
- Add the efo sauce to the dodo and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add African pepper, salt, and sugar, stir well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite side dish.
