Ingredients
- 1 kg of goat meat
- 200 g of pork
- 50 g of cumin seeds
- 50 g of cubeb pepper
- 50 g of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of truffle oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix the goat meat, pork, salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cubeb pepper, and cumin seeds.
- Dice the onions and garlic and add them to the mixture.
- Mix well to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the sausages using a sausage stuffer or a plastic bag to contain the mixture.
- Refrigerate the sausages for at least 2 hours before cooking.
