Ingredients

  • 400 g of pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. Prepare the pork ribs by cutting them into smaller pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the water, coconut oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, sugar, ginger, and chopped onion. Add the pork ribs and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Dredge the pork ribs in flour to coat them evenly.
  4. Fry the pork ribs in hot oil over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
  5. Drain the pork ribs with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
