A delicious Northern Thai dish, crispy and delicious pork ribs that are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients
- 400 g of pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- oil for frying
Method
- Prepare the pork ribs by cutting them into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the water, coconut oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, sugar, ginger, and chopped onion. Add the pork ribs and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Dredge the pork ribs in flour to coat them evenly.
- Fry the pork ribs in hot oil over medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they are crispy and golden.
- Drain the pork ribs with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
