Ingredients

  • 500 g of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 100 g of cooked ham
  • 100 g of sliced cucumber
  • 100 g of cubed onion

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef, chopped onion, egg, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed cooked ham and mix well.
  3. Form meatballs with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Fry the meatballs in a pan with a bit of oil until they are crispy.
  5. In a pan, mix the cucumber, onion, and cooked ham, add a bit of sugar and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the cucumber and onion sauce in a bowl.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
